YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
Immersive Live Sound
This is not a playlist. Priest Melodies & I Am Sound, will fill the room with crystal sound bowls, piano, drums, and a variety of handheld percussions. You'll hear the sound, but more than that, you'll feel it. The vibrations and resonance move through your body physically, settling your nervous system in a way that recorded music simply cannot.
Collective Healing
There's something powerful about being in a room with other people who've chosen to pause. When a group of nervous systems co-regulate together, the effect is deeper than anything you can do alone. You'll be in community with others who are committed to their wellness and to showing up for themselves on a day that carries weight.
The Space
The Creativity Bar is designed like a life-size coloring book. Black and white lines cover the walls, a reminder that you can color inside or outside your own life lines. Just like this event invites you to step outside the noise and design your own experience of rest and renewal. Relaxing ambient lighting sets the mood for two hours of deep, immersive listening.
A Return Invitation
Your ticket also includes a complimentary pass to a future Creative Happy Hour at The Creativity Bar, our low-pressure drop-in time for playful making and connection. Consider this a gentle invitation to come back and keep the reset going.
WHY PRESIDENTS' DAY
Let's be real. It's time to reset the algorithm. Reset our energy. The tension, fear, drama, systemic bs…. This sound bath is a timeline cleanse in the most literal sense: two hours where you put down your phone, close your eyes, and let live healing sound replace scrolling and everything your nervous system has been absorbing. You don't have to process it all. You just have to show up and receive.

If you chose floor space:
bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow…whatever you need to make yourself comfortable.
